Design of Normal School Students Education Technical Ability Cultivating Electronic Performance Support System

教师的教育技术能力是开展教育改革和实现教育信息化的决定因素，培养师范生的教育技术能力就是从源头上提高教师的信息素养。目前师范生教育技术能力培养中还存在很多不足，为此，引入电子绩效支持系统，设计出师范生电子绩效支持系统，为师范生教育技术能力培养方式提供一种新鲜的思路并开拓一条有效的途径。

Teachers＇ education technical ability is the key to education reform and educational informatization. To Cultivating students＇ education technical ability is to improve teachers＇ information literacy from the origin. Currently there are still many shortages of future teacher information cultivating, so we introduce electronic performance support system and design future teacher information cultivating electronic performance support system .The paper provides a fresh ideas and an effective way for future teacher information cultivating.
