多参数生物反馈仪治疗儿童多动症的疗效观察及护理指导 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨应用多参数生物反馈仪治疗儿童多动症的疗效及护理指导。方法 12例确诊为多动症患儿治疗前后通过基线测试采集脑电波数值,然后以各种图像方式进行实时反馈,同时进行护理指导。结果综合反应控制商数在治疗20次后7例患儿(58.3%)转为正常,治疗40次后10例患儿(83.3%)转为正常;综合注意力商数在治疗20次后6例患儿(50.0%)转为正常,治疗40次后9例患儿(75.0%)转为正常。经20次训练后,12例有注意、情绪、行为、学业问题的患儿人数下降了8例(66.7%);40次训练后,人数下降了10例(83.3%)。结论生物反馈治疗儿童多动症安全、有效、无创。
