左旋卡尼汀联合法舒地尔注射液治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭疗效观察 被引量:3

Clinical observation of the therapeutic effect of L-carnitine combined with fasudil hydrochloride injection in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure

摘要 目的观察左旋卡尼汀联合法舒地尔注射液治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的短期疗效。方法选择笔者所在医院收治的80例缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例,两组患者均接受调脂、抗血小板和抗心肌缺血的基础治疗以及常规抗心衰治疗,观察组在此基础上静脉滴注左旋卡尼汀和法舒地尔注射液。疗程均为2周。观察2组患者治疗前后心功能改善情况及多普勒超声心动图检测左室舒张末内径(LVDd)、左室短轴缩短率(LVFS)、左室射血分数(LVEF)的变化。结果 (1)治疗后2组患者心功能均较治疗前明显改善,治疗组改善程度较对照组更明显,其显效率及总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)观察组LVDd、LVFS、LVEF明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用左旋卡尼汀和法舒地尔注射液能有效治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭,且未发现明显副作用,临床应用安全。 Objective To explore clinical efficacy of L - carniyine combined with fasudil hydrochloride injection in the treatment of Ischemic Cardiomyopathy(ICM) Heart Failure. Methods 80 patients with Ischemic Cardiomyopathy Heart Failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group( n =40). B.oth group were given therapy of regulating blood lipid, anti - platelet, anti - ischemia and conventional anti - heart failure therapy. The observation group patients in treatment group, on the basis of control group, were treated with L- carnitin and fasudil hydrochloride injection for 2 weeks. The changes of the left ventricular diameter(LVDd) ,left ventricular fractional shortening(LVFS) and left ventricular ejecting fraction (LVEF) were detected for both groups by Doppler echocardiography. Results ( 1 ) After treatment pump function was obviously improved in both groups, especially in treatment group. The obvious effective rate and total effective rate in treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). (2) The level of LVDd, LVFS and LVEF in observa- tion group were all signifi - cantly better than in control group, There were statistical significance in difference between two groups After treatment( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion L .z carnitine combined with fasudil hydrochloride injection is effective in treating Ischemic Cardiomyopathy(ICM) Heart Failure, which is safe for patients,without obvious side effect.
