多病因心衰患儿血NT-pro-BNP、ANP、ET水平变化及与动脉氧分压关系研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨多病因急性心力衰竭患儿血氨基末端脑利钠肽前体(NT-Pro-BNP)、心房利钠肽(ANP)、内皮素(endothelin,ET)水平变化及其与动脉氧分压的关系。方法将心衰组病例分为肺炎合并心力衰竭组(A1)20例,先天性心脏病合并肺炎心力衰竭组(A2)17例,先天性心脏病合并中重度肺动脉高压心力衰竭组(A3)13例;对照组患儿分为肺炎组(B1)21例,先天性心脏病组(B2)15例,健康儿童组(B3)16例。采用酶联免疫方法、放射免疫均相竞争法检测血NT-pro-BNP、ANP、ET水平。采用多普勒超声检测心室射血分数(LVEF)评价心功能,对先天性心脏病患儿检测肺动脉压力。结果心衰组与对照组各病例间NT-Pro-BNP、ANP、ET比较均有显著性差异,与心功能指标LVEF数值变化及血氧分压呈显著负相关。结论心衰组与对照组各病例间NT-Pro-BNP、ANP、ET比较均有显著性差异,与血氧分压呈显著负相关。中重度肺动脉高压对心衰急性期患儿血NT-pro-BNP、ANP、ET水平影响最明显。
