曲美他嗪治疗老年慢性心力衰竭疗效观察

Effect observation of trimetazidine in the treatment of gerontal patients with chronic congestive heart failure

目的观察曲美他嗪治疗老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法 100例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。2组均给予常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上加用曲美他嗪治疗。治疗12周后,观察患者的心功能分级、左室射血分数(LVEF)、血浆脑钠肽(BNP)改善情况。结果观察组治疗后心功能分级Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级改善情况优于治疗前,对照组治疗后心功能分级Ⅲ级改善情况优于治疗前,且观察组治疗后心功能分级Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后LVEF和BNP改善情况均优于治疗前,且观察组改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均无明显不良反应发生,随访期间无死亡患者。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪治疗CHF效果显著,且无严重不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine in the treatment of gerontal patients with chronic congestive heart failure（CHF）.Methods 100 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases of each.Both groups were given routine medicine,and the observation group based on it was added trimetazidine.After treatment for 12 weeks,the cardiac function（NYHA） classification,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） and plasma brain natriuretic peptide（BNP） level were observed.Results The improvement of NYHA class Ⅲ、 Ⅳ after treatment were better than that before treatment in the observation group,the improvement of NYHA class Ⅲ after treatment were better than that before treatment in the control group,and the improvement of NYHA class Ⅱ、Ⅲ of the observation group after treatment were better than that of the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The improvement of LVEF and BNP of 2 groups after treatment were respectively better than that of 2 groups before treatment,and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.There was no obvious adverse reactions in 2 groups,and there was no death patient during the period of follow-up.Conclusion Treating CHF with trimetazidine besides from conventional therapy has good efficacy,which is worthy clinical popularizing and application.
