硝酸咪康唑栓联合可宝净栓治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病疗效观察

Effect observation of miconazole nitrate suppositories combined with colposeptine suppositories in the treatment of recurrent vuvlovaginal candidiasis

目的观察可宝净栓联合硝酸咪康唑栓治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(RVVC)的疗效。方法 200例患者按就诊顺序分为观察组和对照组各100例。观察组阴道深部放置硝酸咪康唑栓及可宝净栓;对照组阴道放置硝酸咪康唑栓。3个疗程后复查,并在治愈后随访3个月,观察2组的治愈率及3个月后的复发率。结果观察组总有效率为98%,对照组为96%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组复发率为2%低于对照组的15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论可宝净栓联合硝酸咪康唑栓局部用药治疗RVVC疗效满意,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of miconazole nitrate suppositories combined with colposeptine suppositories in the treatment of recurrent vuvlovaginal candidiasis（RVVC）.Methods 200 cases were divided into observation group and control group according to registration order,100 cases of each.The observation group was treated with miconazole nitrate suppositories and colposeptine;the control was treated with miconazole nitrate suppositories only.Re-examination after 3 course of treatment,and followed up 3 months after recovery.The cure rate and recurrence rate after 3 months of the 2 groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98%,and it was 96% of the control group,there was no statistical significant difference between 2 groups（P0.05）;the recurrence rate of the observation was 2% lower than 15.0% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Treating RVVC with miconazole nitrate suppositories combined with colposeptine suppositories has good efficacy and low recurrence rate,which is worth clinical popularizing and application.
