Objective Objective To evaluate influence of intervention measures on rational antimicrobial drug use ofinpatients. Methods 1027 cases were divided into intervention group of 559 and non-intervention group of 468 according to whether carrying out Intervention measures. The intervention group was carried out intervention measures and the non-intervention group did not take any measures The average hospitalization time(AHT),average hospitalization fares, average hospitalization expense of medicine, average expense of antimicrobial drugs, the number of average usage of antimicrobial drugs, the examine of pathogeny, drug sensitive test, common name presiviption of antimicrobial drugs and constituent ratio of correct antimicrobial treatment of 2 groups were observed. Results The average hospitalization time(AHT),average hospitalization fares, average hospitalization expense of medicine, average expense of antimicrobial drugs and the number of average usage of antimicrobial drugs in the intervention group were lower than those in the non-intervention group, the differences were statistically significant(P0.01).The examine of pathogeny, drug sensitive test, cornmon name presiviption of antimicrobial drugs and constituent ratio of correct antimicrobial treatment in the intervention group were higher than those in the non-intervention group, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05 and P0.01).Conclusion Intervention measures had significant effect on improving the level of rational drug use,it showed the effectiveness and feasibitily of intervention measures.
