子宫动脉阻断术治疗子宫腺肌病超声观察研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨超声应用于腹腔镜下子宫动脉阻断术与GnRH-a治疗子宫腺肌病的价值。方法应用腹腔镜下子宫动脉阻断术与GnRH-a治疗子宫腺肌病32例,于手术前及治疗后1、3、6个月应用彩色多普勒超声检查观察子宫体积的变化,并与痛经、月经周期、月经量变化进行对照。结果治疗后,全部病例子宫体积缩小,由术前的(123.21±12.41)cm^3缩小到术后6个月后的(56.37±4.80)cm^3,手术前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后子宫体积缩小与患者痛经减轻、月经周期缩短、月经量减少呈同步变化。结论腹腔镜下子宫动脉阻断术与GnRH-a治疗子宫腺肌病,治疗后6个月复查,子宫体积缩小明显。应用彩色多普勒检查对于治疗效果的观察,具有较大临床应用价值。 Objective To study the value of using laparoscopic ultrasound surgery of uterine artery occlusion and treatment with GnRH - a of adenomyosis. Methods The technique of laparoscopic uterine artery occlusion with GnRH - a treatment of 32 cases of adenomyosis, before operation and after 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, the application of color Doppler ultrasound observation of uterine volume changes, and with dysmenorrhea, menstrual cycle, menstrual flow changes in control. Results After treatment, all patients uterine volume reduced from preoperative 123.21 ± 12. 41 cm3 down to 6 months after the 56.37 ±4. 80 cm3 ,the difference significantly before and after surgery, P 〈0. 01. Reduced uterine volume after treatment with the patient to alleviate dysmenorrhea, menstrual cycles, reduced menstrual changes were synchronous. Conclusion The technique of laparoscopic uterine artery occlusion with GnRH - a treatment of adenomyosis, review 6 months after treatment, uterine volume reduced significantly. Application of color Doppler ultrasound for the treatment of ob- servation has a great clinical value.
