颌面部骨折切开复位与微型夹板坚固内固定术(附78例报告)

Application of Surgical Reposition and Miniplate Rigid Internal Fixation for Maxillofacial Bone Fracture(78 cases report)

采用切开复位与微型夹板坚固内固定治疗颌面部骨折患者 78例 ,经术后观察 6～ 12个月 ,患者的咬合关系、面形、功能恢复良好 ,无排斥反应和骨折不愈合现象。作者认为 ,本方法对位准确 ,固定稳定 ,利于骨折愈合及牙体牙周组织健康。

cases with maxillofacial bone fracture were treated by surgical reposition and miniplate rigid internal fixation Results showed that the occlusion,facial shape and function of patients were reconstructed perfectly during the following-up of 6 to 12 months No repellenec and prolonged bone fracture healing occured It indicates that the method is characterized by repositing accurately and fixing steadily It is good for the bone fracture healing and the health of dental and periodontal tissue
