摘要
良好的认同感是影响教师内化人文价值教育的心理基础。运用问卷调查和半结构式访谈,对青海西宁市4所参与人文价值教育项目教师的认同现状以及影响因素进行调查和客观分析。结果表明,绝大多数教师对人文价值教育的认同不存在显著差异,而年轻教师比资深教师更加认同人文价值教育。此外,不同时期项目的教师对人文价值教育认同存在差异。其影响教师认同感的因素包括实施人文价值教育的学习活动、师生关系理念认同、学校支持、以及教师水平。
Higher level receptivity is the psychological basis of teachers for them to autonomize the humanistic value education.By conducting a questionnaire survey and a semi-structured interview among 30 teachers involved in projects in 4 primary schools,this study aims to investigate the current state of teachers' receptivity of the humanistic value education and the factors affecting teachers' receptivity.The results show that there is no significant difference among most teachers in their receptivity of the humanistic value education,with young teachers demonstrating a higher level of receptivity,though.In addition,differences also exist among teachers who take part in the projects in different periods.Such factors as learning activities,the receptivity of the concept of teacher-student relationship,the support from the school,and the teaching proficiency have impact on the teachers' receptivity.
