世博会是各国传统文化精粹和最新科技成果系统展示的舞台,世博科技是上海重要的智慧源泉。其中,世博低碳城市建设技术尤为值得关注,它关系到上海城市的科技创新和可持续发展。如新能源技术、节能技术、新材料技术、废弃物处理技术、水环境治理技术、城市规划设计等。要最大限度地发挥世博会园区及场馆所蕴含的技术信息,关键还在于适应上海推进技术成果的应用和产业化进程。同时,要充分发挥政府在推进世博科技应用过程中的主导作用。

The World Expo is the exhibition of the essence of traditional culture and new technical results. The science and technology in the expo is an important source of wisdom in Shanghai. Among them,the Expo 2010 low-carbon city construction technology is particularly notable. It relates to Shanghai city science and technology innovation and sustainable development such as new energy technology,energy-saving technology,new materials technology,waste treatment technology and water environment management technology,urban planning and design,etc. To maximize the technical information in World Expo and venues,the key lies in the adaptation of Shanghai propulsion technology application and industrialization achievement. At the same time,the government should act the leading role in promoting world expo technology application process.
