农村村级集体经济组织产权制度改革的地方实践与对策研究

推进村级集体经济组织的产权制度改革是维护农民合法权益的制度创新,是新形势下增加农民收入的重要途径,也是适应城市化发展的现实需要。本文通过对上海、北京、浙江、广东、湖北、江苏等省市的实践总结和比较分析,系统地梳理我国推进农村村级集体经济组织产权制度改革的主要瓶颈和对策建议,以资引起各界对这一"热点"与"难点"问题的关注和重视。

To advance the reform of village-level collective economy organization of property right system is to protect farmers＇ legitimate rights and interests of the institutional innovation in the new situation,is an important way to increase farmers＇ income,and is also the realistic need to adapt to the development of urbanization. Through the practice summary and comparative analysis of Shanghai,Beijing,Zhejiang,Guangdong,Hubei,Jiangsu etc.,this article systematically straightens main bottleneck and proposals promoting the reform of collective economic organizations property rights system in rural villages in China,and is to cause circles＇ attentions and recognitions in this each session of ＂hot spot＂ and ＂difficulty＂ problems.
