Preparation of Inorganic Fibers from the Organosilicon Polymers

无机纤维在现代技术中起了很重要的作用。用有机硅聚合物可以制备 SiC、Si_3N_4、Si-Ti-C 等无机纤维。本文对有机硅聚合物的合成,无机纤维的制备、性能及应用作了综合评述。

Inorganic fibers play an important role in modern technology.The inorganicfibers such as SiC,Si_(?)N_(?),Si-Ti-C fiber can be made from the organosilioon poly-mers.The synthesis of organosilicon polymers and the preparation of the inorganicfibers,the properties and applications of these fibers are reviewed in this paper.
