重症登革热临床和实验室特征及其细胞因子的动态变化 被引量:5

Clinical and laboratory characteristics of severe dengue fever and the dynamic changes of cytokines

摘要 目的观察重症登革热的临床和实验室特征,检测患者血清中细胞因子的表达,为进一步探讨重症登革热的发病机制提供临床和实验依据。方法回顾性分析重症登革热的临床和实验室特点,采用ELISA法检测32例重症登革热患者与23例非重症登革热患者血清中IL-6、IL-10、IL-17A、IFN-γ、TNF-α及sT-NFRⅠ的表达水平。结果重症患者的临床表现及实验室指标均与非重症患者有显著差异;除IL-17A,上述其他细胞因子在重症登革热患者中的表达水平均比非重症患者高。结论 IL-6、IL-10、IFN-γ、TNF-α及sTNFRⅠ在重症登革热的发病机制中均起着重要的作用。 Objective To observe the clinical and laboratory characteristics in patients with severe dengue fever and further discuss of the dynamic changes of cytokines,so as to provide the evidences to pathogenesis of severe dengue fever.Methods The characteristics of clinical and laboratory tested retrospecitively were analyzed in 32 severe dengue fever patients and 23 mild dengue fever patients,and the levels of IL-6,IL-10,IL-17A,IFN-γ,TNF-α and sTNFRⅠ were measured by ELISA in serial serum from these patients.Results There were significant differences between patients with severe dengue fever and patients with mild dengue fever in clinical and experiment indexes.Cytokines were higher in severe group than that in mild group statistically,except for IL-17A.Conclusions IL-6,IL-10,IFN-γ,TNF-α and sTNFRⅠ may play important roles in the pathogenesis of severe dengue.
