后路椎弓根钉棒复位椎间结构性植骨固定术治疗腰椎退行性滑脱32例

Reset posterior pedicle screw and interbody structural graft fixation in the treatment of 50 cases of lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis

目的:探讨后路椎弓根钉棒复位椎间结构性植骨固定术治疗腰椎退行性滑脱的手术方法及临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2005年3月～2010年3月,本院采用后路椎弓根钉棒复位椎间结构性植骨固定术治疗的32例腰椎退行性滑脱患者的临床资料。结果:临床总优良率达75%,无一例出现神经根和马尾损伤等手术并发症。结论:后路椎弓根钉棒复位椎间结构性植骨固定术治疗腰椎退行性疾病改善临床症状快捷、彻底、持久,恢复脊椎稳定性可靠,椎体融合确切,是一种安全有效的治疗退行性腰椎滑脱的手术方法。

Objective：To investigate the reduction posterior pedicle screw and interbody structural graft fixation in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis surgery and clinical efficacy. Methods：A retrospective analyzed of March 2008-March 2010, our hospital reset with posterior pedicle screw and interbody structural graft fixation in the treatment of 32 cases of degenerative spondylolisthesis in patients with clinical data. Results：The clinical total quality rate of 75%, no one case of nerve root and cauda equina injury complications. Conclusion：Posterior pedicle screw fixation reset intervertebral lumbar structural bone graft to improve the clinical symptoms of degenerative diseases fast, thorough, persistent and restore spinal stability and reliable, the exact vertebral fusion is a safe and effective treatment degenerative lumbar surgical procedures.
