Objective To observe the clinical effect of doses of sufentanil and propofol for total intravenous anesthesia in thoracic surgery.Methods60 patients who underwent elective operation were selected,ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ.Propofol 1.5-2.5 mg/kg,Vecuronium 0.1-0.2 mg/kg and sufentanil 1.5-2 μg/kg were injected intravenously at the time of anesthesia induction. After tracheal intubation assisted ventilation. The maintenance of anesthesia adopts continuous pumping of 5-10 μg/(kg·h) of sufentanil and 5-10 μg/(kg·h) of propofol.Hemodynamic index, analepsia condition and awareness during the surgery were recorded.ResultsThere were no patients with known, stable hemodynamics, adverse reactions.ConclusionDoses of sufentanil and propofol for total intravenous anesthesia in thoracic surgery, anesthesia is easy to control, stable hemodynamics, consciousness recovery of high quality, satisfaction after a good, less adverse reactions, and leave behind a small effect, with high clinical value.
