目的探讨哪些药物易致双硫仑样反应,为临床诊治提供参考。方法对56例药物致双硫仑样反应病例进行回顾性分析。结果药物致双硫仑样反应中涉及的药物与含醇制品种类虽多,但以中青年患者使用了头孢哌酮后饮用白酒而发病为主。结论药物致双硫仑样反应与药物和含醇制品在体内的代谢途径有关,临床诊治中应高度重视,以预防宣传为主,防止误诊。

Objective Of What drugs are prone to cause disulfiram-like reaction,provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods56 patients with drug-induced disulfiram-like reaction were retrospectively analyzed.ResultsDrug induced disulfiram-like reaction involved in the types of drugs and products containing alcohol are numerous,but in young patients cefoperazone used mainly for drinking and the incidence of white wine.ConclusionDrug induced disulfiram-like reaction with alcohol and drugs and products related to metabolic pathways in the body,diagnosis and treatment of high priority should be to prevent propaganda,to prevent misdiagnosis.
