肾水方联合替米沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床研究

The clinical investigation on the chronic glomerulonephritis in treating with Shenshui recipe combined with telmisartan

目的观察肾水方联合替米沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法将64例患者配对成32组随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予替米沙坦,治疗组给予肾水方联合替米沙坦,疗程均为2个月。观察治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、尿沉渣镜检红细胞、血压、血清IL-13的变化。结果治疗组能降低24 h尿蛋白、血尿、血压、血清IL-13,优于对照组。结论肾水方联合替米沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎可以减少蛋白尿、血尿,降低血压、血清IL-13水平,提示其作用机制可能与抑制炎性反应有关,对慢性肾小球肾炎有较好的治疗作用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of shenshui recipe combined with telmisartan in the treatment of Chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods Two of the 64 patiens were made a pair who were randomly divided into two groups,control group treated with Telmisartan,therapeutic group treated with Shenshui recipe and Telmisartan.The curative course of both groups were 2 months.In order to observe the difference of 24-hour urine protein,hematuri,blood pressure and serum IL-13 in the patients before and after treatment in such experiment.Results The data of 24-hour urine protein,hematuri,blood pressure and serum IL-13 of the therapeutic group were decreasedafter treatment,the data of the therapeutic group was better than the control group.Conclusion Shenshui recipe combined with Telmisartan had good effect on pattern of Chronic glomerulonephritis,it could decrease 24-hour urine protein,hematuri,blood pressure and serum IL-13 by way of inhibition of the inflammatory response.
