绝经后阴道流血的临床研究

目的探讨绝经后阴道流血的发病原因。方法回顾性分析2009年6月~2011年1月笔者所在医院诊治的绝经后阴道流血患者245例的临床资料。结果良性疾病211例（86.12%）,癌前期病变14例（5.71%）,恶性肿瘤20例（8.16%）。绝经10年以上（11/79）与10年内（9/166）阴道出血中恶性肿瘤的比率明显增加,差异有显著性（χ2=5.16,P〈0.05）。结论绝经后阴道流血的主要原因是良性疾病,其次为恶性肿瘤及癌前期病变,早期的准确可靠诊断与及时进行治疗可以有效预防病情的恶变。

Objective To study the pathogenesis of vaginal bleeding after menopause causes.Methods Retrospective analysis from June 2009 to January 2011 the vaginal bleeding after menopause diagnosis and treatment of patients with clinical data;245 cases.Results The benign disease 211 cases（86.12%）,precancerous lesions 14 cases（5.71%）,malignant tumor 20 cases（8.16%）.Postmenopausal 10 years（11/79）and 10 years（9/166）of malignant tumor in vaginal bleeding rates significantly increased,greup（χ2=5.16,P0.05）.Conclusion Vaginal bleeding after menopause is the main reason of the benign disease,followed by malignant tumor and precancerous lesions.Early diagnosis and prompt the accuracy and reliability of the treatment can effectively prevent illness malignant transformation.
