中医药法防控老年病房流感疫情的护理体会

Nursing intervention for influenza by traditional Chinese medicine methods in elderly ward

目的总结中医药方法防控老年病房流感疫情的护理体会。方法对2009年4月以来,中医药法临床护理工作在笔者所在医院老年病房防控流感中的作用进行回顾性分析。结果通过有效的护理管理和院内感染预防控制措施的落实,在流感流行期间有效的控制了流感的流行传播,未发生医务人员感染和老年患者之间的交叉感染。结论基于中医药法的护理干预体系科学有效,在老年病房流感防控中具有重要作用。

Objective To summarize the experiences of nursing intervention for influenza by traditional Chinese medicine methods in elderly ward.Methods Retrospective review of clinical nursing based on traditional Chinese medicine therapy in our elderly ward against influenza pandemic from May 2009.Results Base on strict nursing management and measures for prevention and control,no hospital-acquired influenza virus infection was identified in the elderly ward.Conclusion A scientific and effective nursing-intervention system by traditional Chinese medicine methods is functional for prevention and control of influenza virus in elderly ward.
