摘要
由双链RNA(dsRNA)引发的转录后基因沉默机制(PTGS),称为RNA干扰(RNA i)。通过载体将外源性siRNA导入宿主细胞,以调节和关闭基因的表达,为肿瘤的治疗提供一条新的有效途径。本文就载体介导的RNA i在肿瘤治疗中的应用作一概述。
RNA interference（RNAi） induced by double-strand RNA is a process of post-transcriptional gene silence.The exogenous siRNAs are led into the host cell by vector,and regulate gene expression on and off,which provide a new and effective way for cancer treatment.In this paper,vector-mediated RNAi in cancer therapy was reviewed.
