Microstructure of Pearls and Pearl Shells

用透射电子显微镜研究了珍珠和珍珠贝珍珠层。使用了电子衍射、衍衬象、高分辨电子显微术等方法,研究了珍珠和珍珠贝的形貌、晶粒大小和微结构。观察到珍珠文石中普遍存在的孪生现象,并讨论了电子辐射的作用。

The pearls and pearl layers in pearl-shells were studied with transmission electron microscope.The electron diffraction,diffraction contrast and high resolutionelectron microscope were used.The morphology,crystalline size and microstructureof pearls and pearl-shells were investigated.Twins in pearl aragonite were frequen-tly observed.The electron irradiation effect was discussed.
