用化学共沉淀法粉体制备的铌钪酸铅陶瓷(PSN)的特性

摘要 用Nb(OC_2H_5)_5受控水解和在水解形成的 Nb_2O_3颗粒表面生长Sc和Pb的碳酸盐膜层,然后通过焙烧制成PSN超细粉体。将此粉体在不同温度下烧结及随后以不同的方式冷却形成致密的PSN陶瓷。对此PSN铁电陶瓷的介电弛豫特性和结构有序度之间的关系进行了研究。 The synthesized monosized PSN complex precusor powder was produced using the methods of the controlled hydrolysis of Nb(OC_2H_5)_5 and the growth of Sc andPb carbonates film on the as-hydrolyzed Nb_2O_5 particle surface.Dense PSN ceramicswere obtained by calcining the carbonates to oxides and sintering at different tem-peratures and then cooling with various rates.The relationship between dielectricrelaxation character and structural ordering of the sintered PSN ferroelectric cera-mics was investigated.
