摘要
为克服常规细纱试验机成形机构控制部件众多导致控制精度低、整机占地面积大的弊端,分析了一种用于细纱试验机成形机构的机械结构、各部件的连接及其工作流程。该成形机构用固定板、滑块结构代替了传统细纱试验机成形机构的摆臂牵吊结构,取消了原机构中众多的中间链轮,简化了成形机构,从而减小了细纱试验机整机占地面积;成形机构中由异步电机控制成形凸轮动作,成形控制的准确性、稳定性高,各机件动作同步性增强,能够满足钢领板运动规律要求。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of the poor control precision due to the excessive control parts on the forming machine of the commonly used spinning pilot frames, and due to the big floor space, introduction is made to the spinning pilot frame regarding the mechanical structure,links of the parts and the process flow. The new forming machine substitutes the fixing plate and the sliding block for the swing suspending system, and many intermediate sprocket wheels are cancelled for predigest and small floor space for the spinning pilot frame. The forming cam is drived by the asynchronous motor, consequently with good precision, stability, and good conformity with the parts ,for better ring bar movement.
