摘要
为了能高效剔除异纤,分析了目前国内外采用的光电式和超声波式两大类异纤检测方式的优缺点,说明应将多种检测方式有机融合以优势互补,可提高异纤检测率及清除率,提高棉纺企业的生产效率,减少用工,降低成本,提升成品品质,是今后异纤分拣机的发展方向。
In order to eliminate the foreign fiber efficiently,analysis is done to the advantages and the disadvantages of the sorters optoelectronic or ultrosonic both at home and abroad. Conclusion is made that integration of the varieties of the sorters can offset the advantages and the disadvantages for better sorting operation of foreign fiber detection and elimination,thus upgrading the enterprise efficiency,lowering cost of production, improving the quality of the finished product, which leads the development of the sorter of foreign fiber in the future.
