慢性咳嗽250例临床诊疗分析

目的:研究引发慢性咳嗽病因及诊疗现状。方法:对我科收治的250例慢性咳嗽患者进行研究。结果:慢性咳嗽病因中的咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)及鼻后滴流综合征(PNDs)最多。由呼吸系统以外的疾病引发的咳嗽占61.2%。误诊现象严重,确诊后治疗,92.5%的患者1-2周内咳嗽症状消失。结论:慢性咳嗽病因复杂,误诊率高,应重视慢性咳嗽的诊断和治疗。

Research cause chronic cough etiology and treatment the status quo. Methods retrospectively in our department 250 cases of chrgnic cough patients were studied. Results in the etiology of chronic cough cough variant asthma （CVA） and postnasal drip syndrome （PNDs） most. Respiratory system diseases by outside of the cough 61.2% triggered. The misdiagnosis phenomenon seriously, after diagnosis, treatment of patients with joys 1-2 weeks cough symptoms disappear. Conclusion chronic cough causes complex, the misdiagnosis rate hie.h, should attach importance to the diagnosis and treatment of chronic cough.
