摘要
目的:比较利培酮与氯氮平对血糖的影响。方法:将我科200例符合CCMD-3精神分裂症诊断标准的患者随机分为两组,采用氯氮平和利培酮治疗,疗程12W,治疗前及治疗第2、4、6、8、12W末分别进行血糖检查。结果:利培酮组血糖发生改变8例(8%),氯氮平组21例(21%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着治疗的进行,血糖尚有明显增高趋势。结论:利培酮对患者血糖的影响明显低于氯氮平,但临床中也应提高注意。
Objective： To compare the effect of Risperidone and clozapine to glucose. Methods： Choose 200 patients by CCMD - 3 schizophrenia diagnosis standard randomly divided into two groups, using risperidone and clozapine to treat 12 weeks. Measure the blood glucose before treatment and therapy 2, 4, 6, 8, 12. Results： Risperidone group of blood sugar change 8 cases （8%）, clozapine group of 21 cases （21%）, two groups of comparisons, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. As the treatment, blood sugar significantly higher trend there. Conclusion： The effect of glucose from risperidone to patients significantly lower than clozapine. But we also shoud improve attention in clinical.
