保守治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理体会

目的:总结腰椎间盘突出症保守治疗的护理经验。方法:回顾性总结和分析对156例腰椎间盘突出症患者,有保守治疗指征,进行保守治疗时,采取各种护理方法,包括心理、生活、卧床、腰椎牵引护理、针炙推拿护理、功能锻炼、中药热敷护理等对患者疾病康复的影响。结果:156例患者结果优86例,占55.1%;良32例,占20.5%;可28例,占17.9%;差10例,占6.5%,总有效率为93.5%。结论:对腰椎间盘突出症患者合理地实施个体化护理,能明显改善患者疼痛,提高生活质量,能达到防止椎间盘突出症复发的目的。

Objective： to summarize the conservative treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation nursing experience. Results： the results of 156 patients, accounting for optimal 86 patients 55.I%; Good, accotmted for 32 cases of 20.5%; May 28 cases, accounting for 17.9; Bad 10 cases, accounting for 6.5 percent, with the total effective rate of 93.5%. Conclusion： the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc patients reasonable implementation individual care, can significantly improve patients with pain, improve the quality of life, can achieve prevent disc herniation recurrent purpose.
