四种典型消极情绪对消费决策的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 消费决策行为在一定程度上受到消费者情绪的影响,积极快乐的情绪有可能促进消费,而消极不快乐的情绪有可能阻滞消费。本文首先介绍了愤怒、恐惧、悲伤、焦虑这四种典型的消极情绪对消费决策行为的影响,进而探讨消极情绪对决策行为影响的内在心理机制,最后对如何控制消极情绪对消费决策行为的影响做了研究展望。
