白血病复发患儿骨髓DNA结合抑制因子4蛋白表达及意义

Expression and significance of ID4 protein in childhood relapsed leukemia

目的探讨DNA结合抑制因子4(inhibitor of DNA binding 4,ID4)蛋白表达与儿童白血病复发的关系。方法采用免疫组化对48例确诊并进行系统治疗的白血病患儿初发、缓解时骨髓片进行ID4蛋白表达分析。结果 13例复发儿童白血病初发时骨髓片ID4蛋白均为阴性(0%),缓解时仅有4例ID4蛋白为阳性(30.8%);未复发病例初发时ID4蛋白5例为阳性(14.3%),缓解时ID4蛋白阳性者25例(71.4%)。缓解时ID4蛋白阳性率两者差异有统计学意义(P=0.019)。结论白血病复发病例在缓解时ID4蛋白表达率低,缓解时骨髓ID4蛋白表达与否可作为白血病复发的观察指标。

Objective To study the relationship between expression of inhibitor of DNA binding 4（ID4）protein and relapse of childhood leukemia. Methods ID4 protein was analyzed with immunohistoehemistry in bone marrow of 48 childhood leukemia cases before and after treatment. Results No ID4 protein expression was seen in any cases of 13 relapsed leukemia children at onset, and only 4 （30.8%）had ID4 expression during remission. Among 35 persistent remission cases,ID4 protein expression was seen in 5 of them （14.3%）at onset and in 25 of them （71.4%）during remission. Significant differences was found in ID4 expression between the relapsed patients and the persistent remission patients during remission （P = 0.0193 Conclusions The relapsed patients had a decreased ID4 protein expression even after their remission. ID4 protein expression could be regarded as a predict factor for pediatric leukemia relapse.
