摘要
川崎病(Kawasaki disease,KD)是儿童急性自限性全身血管炎症综合征,以冠状动脉受损为主。目前川崎病的病因、发病机制尚不明确。而KD患儿急性期与中性粒细胞有关的流行病学资料、病理学改变、中性粒细胞酶及抗中性粒细胞胞浆酶抗体的变化,以及针对中性粒细胞治疗的有效性,均提示中性粒细胞参与KD急性期冠状动脉损伤。该文就中性粒细胞在川崎病血管损伤中作用进行了文献综述。
Kawasaki disease (KD) is an acute self-llmited vasculitis syndrome in children characterized by the injury of coronary arteries. However, the etiology and the pathogenesis of KD are still unknown. It is found in KD that the changes of epidemiology and pathology, neutrophil enzymes, as well as anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibody and effective treating KD by inhibiting the neutrophil, which suggest that neutrophil takes a part in coronary arteries injury in the acute phase of KD.
