臂一踝脉搏波速度检测在动脉粥样硬化早期诊断中的价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的通过检测臂一踝脉搏波速度(Brachial-ankle Pulse Wave Velocity,BaPWV)不同程度升高的体检人群血小板活化分子表达水平,评价BaPWV在动脉粥样硬化早期诊断中的价值。方法研究对象为2008年某单位年龄≥40岁且〈60岁无症状中年体检人群,共426例,排除动脉粥样硬化相关疾病。应用动脉硬化早期测定仪检测其BaPWV值,根据检测结果分为BaPWV轻、中、重度升高组,以BaPWV正常组为对照组,利用流式细胞术(method of flowcytometry,FCM)检测4组人群外周血小板膜糖蛋白CD62p、CD63、CD41、CD61的表达情况。结果BaPWV中、重度升高组CD62p、CD63表达显著高于正常组(P〈0.01)。结论BaPWV中重度升高而临床无症状人群已经存在血小板活化,提示BaPWV中重度升高可作为动脉粥样硬化的早期诊断指标。
