肺癌患者血清同型半胱氨酸测定的临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨肺癌患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平测定的临床意义。方法选择本院明确诊断的46例肺癌患者和35例正常健康体检者,采用化学发光免疫分析法测定肺癌患者和对照组人员的空腹血清Hcy、叶酸及维生素B12水平。结果肺癌患者的血清Hcy水平显著高于对照组(P〈0.01);而叶酸水平低于对照组(P〈0.01);维生素B12水平低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论肺癌患者的血清Hcy及叶酸水平变化显著,其可能与肺癌的存在有一定的联系。
