长期服用氯丙嗪、阿立哌唑、利培酮对心电图的影响

摘要 目的分析精神分裂症患者长期(6个月以上)服用抗精神病药物对患者心电图的影响。方法对住院371例患者用药情况进行调查,其中158例精神分裂症患者长期服用氯丙嗪、阿立哌唑、利培酮,对其心电图检查结果,归纳分析心电图异常情况。结果三种药物服用6个月以上,氯丙嗪组心电图异常发生率为43.48%、阿立哌唑组44.64%、利培酮组44.31%,但三组之间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论长期服用氯丙嗪、阿立哌唑、利培酮等对心电图有影响,定期监测。
