Properties of Double Doped Synthetic Smoky Quartz

本文报道了双掺质改进人工烟水晶晶体特性的研究。晶体紫外吸收增强,同时又可大幅度降低辐射剂量。从晶体结构出发,探讨了过渡金属离子介入后对人工烟水晶中色心影响的机制。

For improving the quality of synthetic smoky quartz crystals,an investigationon double doping is reported in this article.Being double doped,such crystals havethe ultraviolet absorption ability increased,meanwhile the irradiation dose obviou-slly decreased.The mechanism of the influence of doping transition metal ions onthe color centers in synthetic smoky quartz has also been studied based on the qu-artz structure.
