摘要
目的:探讨计算机X线摄影技术在乳腺钼靶摄影中的应用。方法:因乳腺肿块或乳房疼痛行乳腺钼靶X线检查患者800例,按就诊时间分为质量控制组400例,非质量控制组400例,非质量控制组采用传统乳腺钼靶X线检查,质量控制组采用数字化计算机摄影乳腺钼靶X线检查,比较2组甲、乙、丙级片率,废片率及X线照射剂量。结果:非质量控制组甲、乙、丙级片率分别为72.5%(290/400),22.0%(88/400),3.5%(14/400);质量控制组甲、乙、丙级片率分别为82.5%(330/400),14.5%(58/400),3.0%(12/400),2组甲,乙级片率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。质量控制组废片率为0,非质量控制组废片率为2.0%(8/400),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。质量控制组X线照射剂量(5.20±2.15)mGy,非质量控制组X线照射剂量(26.38±9.69)mGy,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:数字化计算机X线摄影乳腺钼靶检查可提高图像质量,降低X线照射剂量。
Objective To investigate the application of computed radiography in molybdenum targets roentgenography in breast disease.Methods A total of 800 cases of breast disease were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and control group,400 cases each.The patients in the observation group received molybdenum targets computed radiography,and control group received traditional mammography.The grade A,B and C film rates,the waste film rate and exposure dose were compared between two groups.Results The grade A,B and C film rates were 72.5%(290/400),22.0%(88/400),and 3.5%(14/400) in control group,82.5%(330/400),14.5%(58/400),and 3.0%(12/400) in the observation group.There were significant differences in grade A and B film rates between two groups(P0.01).The waste film rate was 0 in the observation group and 2.0 % in control group,which showed a significant difference(P0.05).The exposure dose was(5.20±2.15) mGy in the observation group and(26.38±9.69) mGy in control group,which showed a significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Computed radiography in molybdenum targets roentgenography can obviously improve the image quality and effectively reduce the radiation dose.
