基于现场总线的工业企业管控一体化网络集成技术

Fieldbus-Based Seamless integration of Administration-Control Networks for Industrial Enterprise

传统CMIS／CIPS系统最底层的生产现场设备控制网络截止于控制站，现场设备与控制站之间的连接采用一对一的模拟信号传输方式，存在着信息量有限、缺乏互操作性、可靠性不高等诸多不足，难以和上层的管理信息网络集成，无法实现经营决策信息直接转变为生产操作结果，严重影响企业综合自动化的实现。现场总线是连接智能化设备和自动化系统的数字式、双向传输、多分支结构的通信回路，应用现场总线技术，可以把企业网络一直延伸到生产现场或生产设备，实现企业管技一体化网络集成。本文讨论了现场总线技术和企业内部网技术，给出了一个实现Profibus和Intranet的企业网络一体化的集成平台原型。

The field instruments control networks of the traditional CIMS/CIPS end up at control stations. It is difficult to be integrated with the topper MIS,which seriously cumbers comprehensive automation of the enterprise.This paper discusses Fieldbus and Intranet technology,and gives a platform of Frofibus and Intranet integration.
