摘要
本文叙述了用受控水解反应和化学共沉淀法制备 Pb(Sc_(1/2),Nb_(1/2)O_3(PSN)超细粉体的方法。通过Nb(OC_2H_5)_5稀溶液的受控水解反应生成超细球状 Nb_2O_5粉末,然后使 Sc(NO_3)_3和 Pb(NO_3)_2混合溶液与过量(NH_4)_2CO_3溶液反应,在球状 Nb_2O_5颗粒表面生长一层 Sc_2(CO_3)_3和 PbCO_3膜层,经过熔烧后得超细 PSN 粉末。
Peroviskite lead magnesium niobate [Pb(Mg_(1/3),Nb_(2/3))O_3] and its homotypesare the relaxor ferroelectrics.This paper discusses the preparation of monosized PSNpowder through hydrolysis and coprecipitation methods.The controlled hydrolysis of Nb(OC_2H_5)_5 dilute solution produced a fine pow-der.Coprecipitation of a mixed aqueous of Sc_2(NO_3)_3 and Pb(NO_3)_2 with an excessof (NH_4)_2CO_3 solution developed a coating layer of Sc_2(CO_3)_3 and PbCO_3 on theas-hydrolyzed Nb_2O_5 particle surface.Calcining the layered particles resulted in amonosized PSN powder.
