适度出砂开采标准金属网布优质筛管防砂参数设计实验研究 被引量:40

Experimental study on premium screen mesh opening design for reasonable sand control

摘要 利用自行研制的全尺寸大型出砂模拟实验装置,测定了不同防砂参数下利用标准金属网布优质筛管(以下简称筛管)防砂后的流量、压降及出砂量,分析了筛管防砂参数与油井产能、出砂量的关系,并建立了适度出砂条件下筛管防砂参数设计图版。研究结果表明:当依据海上油田传统防砂设计要求出砂量控制在0.3‰以内时,要求筛管防砂参数不大于0.88d50(粒度中值);适度出砂开采时允许出砂量控制在0.5‰以内,此时筛管防砂参数可放大到不大于1.27d50;相对于传统防砂设计,本文防砂参数设计可提高油井产能30%以上。该研究成果目前已成功应用于NB35-2油田。 The large-scaled sanding simulation device has been used to measure the flow rate,pressure drop and sand production rate after sand control with premium screen on different sand-control parameters,analyze the inherent law among the sand-control parameters,oil well productivity and sand production rate,and set up the design plate of premium screen mesh opening for reasonable sand control.The research results indicate that,as keeping the sand content in oil within 0.3‰ in the typical offshore sand control design,it is required to adopt the mesh opening of premium screen no more than 0.88 d50;as keeping the sand content in oil within 0.5‰ in the reasonable sanding production,the mesh opening of premium screen can be magnified to no more than 1.27 d50,which can improve oil well productivity by more than 30%,compared with conventional sand-control design.The research conclusion has succeeded in applying in NB35-2 oilfield.
