氮气吹扫技术在渤海友谊号浮式生产储油装置上的应用

Application of nitrogen sweeping technique on Bohai Youyi FPSO

利用柴油置换外输软管中原油存在浪费资源、操作费用高的问题。根据理论计算和模拟试验结果,通过对渤海友谊号浮式生产储油装置(FPSO)原油外输系统进行适当技术改造,新增了氮气发生装置等设备,采用氮气替代柴油进行外输作业后软管内存油的吹扫、置换,不仅大大降低了操作成本,而且所产氮气还用于其它工艺管线、压力容器的氮化处理,提高了生产的安全性,也实现了海上油气生产节能降耗、环保的目标。

Using diesel to clean the oil in the flexible hose after offloading causes wasting and high cost.According to the results of theoretical calculation and simulation test,with the proper technical reformation（like adding nitrogen generator） to the oil offloading system of Bohai Youyi FPSO,we use nitrogen instead of diesel to sweep the residual oil form hose.It not only reduces the cost,but also improves the safety by using nitrogen to process other pipeline and the pressure vessel;it also realized the goal of reducing energy consumption and environment protection.
