摘要
本文介绍了液袋式液压胀管机在胀接过程中压力测控的特点和要求，研制开发了以S7-200可编程控制器为核心的压力测控系统，取得了较为满意的运行效果。文中介绍了硬件系统结构及软件框图。
This paper introduces the characters and requirements of pressure testing and controlling of bladder expanding machine for hydraulic expanding of tube-to-tube sheet joints of heat exchangers. The pressure testing and controlling system we developedis based on an S7-200 programmable controller, and achieved satisfied effects in practical applications.This paper presents the hardware structure and the software design.
