This paper introduces the background and significance of Web-Based network Management (WBM), analyzes and compares twomain protocols in WBM, JMAPI and WBEM, constructs an Autoadaptable Java Network Management Model (AJNMM) with the help of oneway encryption algorithm, and discusses the authorization of AJNMM in detail.
