Expression and clinical significance of HOXD10 gene in gliomas

摘要 目的研究HOXD10基因在人脑胶质瘤组织中的表达及其意义。方法收集具有明确病理分级的48例脑胶质瘤和8例正常脑组织标本,应用RT-PCR和Western blot方法检测HOXD10在不同级别人脑胶质瘤和正常脑组织中HOXD10基因mRNA和蛋白水平的表达,并进一步研究了HOXD10与胶质瘤病理分级的相关性。结果 HOXD10在正常脑组织中呈高表达。Ⅲ~Ⅳ级胶质瘤组织中的HOXD10基因mRNA和蛋白表达明显低于Ⅰ~Ⅱ级。结论 HOXD10在正常脑组织中呈高表达,并与脑胶质瘤恶性程度呈负相关。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of HOXD10 gene in gliomas.Methods The expressions of HOXD10 in glioma tissues（group A） and normal human brain tissues（group B） were detected by semi-quantitative reverse transcriptase-PCR and Western blot method.Results HOXD10 was expressed higher in group B than that in group A.The expressions of HOXD10 mRNA and its protein were higher in lower grade（gradeⅠ-Ⅱ） glioma tissues than those in higher grade（grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ） glioma tissues.Concluison Compared with the normal human brain tissues,the expression of HOXD10 is decreased in gliomas,which is negatively correlated to the malignancy of gliomas.
