肝移植术后胆管铸型的免疫组化分析
摘要
肝移植术后胆管铸型（BC）的发生机制目前尚不清楚。杨玉龙等在治疗肝移植术后BC时发现，有一部分BC是在术后2～3个月才开始出现，之前胆道造影未见明显异常，取出BC后，胆管均有不同程度的损伤，Ⅰ、Ⅱ级胆管损伤明显，而Ⅲ级及以上胆管的损伤程度较轻，结合超声检查提示的肝动脉管径及血流均正常，考虑可能有排斥反应的因素。
