保乳手术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床对照研究

Contrastive clinical study of conservative and modified radical mastectomy for early breast cancer

目的:比较保乳手术与改良根治术对早期乳腺癌预后的影响。方法:回顾性分析我院1998年7月—2008年7月经保乳手术治疗的63例早期乳腺癌患者临床资料,并与同期行改良根治术63例早期乳腺癌患者进行对比。结果:保乳手术治疗没有增加患者的局部复发率、转移率、病死率,生存率与同期改良根治术相当,并且保持了患者良好的乳房外形。结论:对于早期乳腺癌,保乳手术是一种切实可行的手术方式。

Objective： To compare the prognostic influence of conservative mastectomy and modified radical mastectomy on patients with early breast cancer.Methods： Retrospectively analyzed 63 subjects for conservative Mastectomy in early breast cancer of our hospital between July 2005 to July 2008,and to contrastively investigated with 63 subjects for modified radical mastectomy in early breast cancer on the corresponding period.Results： Conservative mastectomy did not increase the recurrence rate,metastasis rate,and the death rate.The survival rate was similar to modified radical mastectomy on the corresponding period.Conservative mastectomy had kept the breast＇ s shape nicely.Conclusion： Conservative mastectomy is a viable surgical method for early breast cancer.
