摘要
本文以长光栅位移测量技术为例,着重介绍了光栅位移微机细分原理,通过计算机仿真技术对信号求证,并实现了对输出信号的脉冲计数及计算机实时控制。
In this paper, with the example of long raster displacement measuring techniques, a new raster signal computer subdivision method is introdued with emphasis. Using the computer emulation technology, the signal is proved, the pulse counting of output signal is realized and the computer real time control is accomplished. [
