摘要
以邻苯二胺和氯乙酸为主要合成原料,在磷酸催化下合成2-氯甲基苯并咪唑。探讨了原料摩尔比、反应时间及催化剂等因素对反应的影响,采用熔点测定、红外光谱1、H-NMR等方法对产物进行了表征。得到了制备2-氯甲基苯并咪唑的最佳反应条件:邻苯二胺和氯乙酸的最佳摩尔比为1∶1.14,保持回流1.5h,催化剂磷酸的用量为15mL,目标产物的合成收率可达85.04%。
2-chloromethyl benzimidazole was synthesised using monochloroacetic acid and o – phenylenediamine.The target product was characterized by IR,1H NMR and melting point.Its reaction conditions were researched,the results showed that optimum reaction conditions: o-phenylenediamine and monochloroacetic acid mole ratio was 1∶1.14,catalyst phosphoric acid was 15ml,ksept rufluxing and reaction time was 1.5h.The rate of synthesis conversion can reach as high as 85.04%.
