摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纯TiO2和掺杂不同含量Ce的TiO2/SiO2复合纳米粒子。并用FT-IR,UV-Vis对样品结构进行了表征,并以罗丹明B(RB)的光催化降解为探针反应,评价了其光催化性能。结果表明,TiO2/SiO2催化剂中形成了新的Ti-O-Si键,Ce的掺杂使TiO2/SiO2光谱响应范围向可见光区拓展。与未掺杂的TiO2/SiO2相比较,掺杂的TiO2/SiO2具有更高的催化性能。Ce掺杂的最佳值为x(Ce)∶x(Ti)=0.0090,光催化剂最佳投放量为30mg。
Pure TiO2 and Ce doped TiO2/SiO2 composite nano-particles with different molar fractions of Ce were prepared by a sol-gel method and were characterized by FT-IR,UV-Vis spectra.The photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B(RB) in aqueous solution was used as a probe reaction to evaluate their photocatalytic activity.From FT-IR analysis,a new band at 968 cm-1 for Ti-O-Si vibration was observed.The results showed that Ce4+ dopant greatly restrained TiO2/SiO2 phase transformation,and made the optic response range of TiO2/SiO2 particles expand to the visual light.Ce-doped TiO2/SiO2 had better visible photoactivity than TiO2/SiO2.The composite nano-particles with Ce/TiO2 molar ratio of 0.009,The optimal concent ration of the nano-particles Ce-TiO2/SiO2 was 30mg.
