酸浸改性无烟煤填充PE复合材料的力学性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 将酸浸和表面改性的无烟煤粉体,与聚乙烯(PE)共混,制备了煤基聚合物复合材料,并表征了煤粉粒度、疏水性以及填充性能。结果表明,改性无烟煤粒度得到明显改善,疏水性明显增强,具有良好的增强作用。1.5%的硅烷湿法改性粉体相容性较好,其填充量为10%时,复合材料的拉伸强度、屈服应力分别为18.27MPa和12.24MPa,与纯PE性能接近,填充效果较好,可有效地降低聚乙烯材料的成本。 A series of coal/polyethylene(PE) composites were prepared based on the anthracite by acid leaching and surface modifying.The particle size,hydrophobicity and filling properties of the coal powder were characterized.The results showed that the modified anthracite powder was improved significantly in the particle size,hydrophobicity and reinforcement capability.The anthracite modified by 1.5% silane in wet was of better compatibility.The tensile strength and yield stress of the polyethylene composites reached to 18.27MPa and 12.24MPa when the filling content of this anthracite powder was 10%,which was equivalent to that of pure PE.The anthracite powder can effectively reduce the cost of polyethylene materials.
