摘要
介绍了磺化反应器经历的釜式、泵式、膜式、喷射式以及高压湍流管式等的发展历程。着重论述了降膜式和喷射式磺化反应器,分别对两种类型的降膜式磺化反应器(多管膜式和双膜式)以及三种类型的喷射式磺化反应器进行了比较,并对磺化反应器的发展前景进行了展望。
Development history of various types of sulfonation reactor,including stirred tank,recycling pump,film,jet as well as high pressure turbulent tube et al was introduced.Falling-film and jet sulfonation reactor were described in detail.Comparison of two types of falling-film sulfonation reactor,namely multitube film and double cylinder film,as well as three types of jet sulfonation reactor were described respectively.Outlook of sulfonation reactor was prospected.
